At SWFT, we are committed to your peak performance. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
